Tricky Chicken(Named By Jennifer Harris, Granddaughter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces, skinned (I like to use thighs)
    1 egg or 2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs and cheese.
    Beat egg (or egg whites) and milk together.
    Dip in egg mixture and then coat with crumb mixture.
    Place on nonstick or foil lined shallow pan. Bake about 50 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
    Do not cover and do not turn.
