Liver And Onions Grandma'S Way - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 lb. liver
    flour for breading
    1/4 c. flour for gravy
    water
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove from pan.
    Put onion into hot bacon grease.
    Dip liver in flour (both sides); cook liver. Remove from pan.
