Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. ground allspice
1/6 tsp. (about 2 sprinkles) nutmeg
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 soup can water
2 Tbsp. minced dill pickle
Preparation

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sugar, allspice, nutmeg and egg. Form into 24 meatballs; brown in butter.
Pour off excess drippings. Stir in soup, water and minced pickle. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes, stirring often.
