Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. soft shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add shortening, salt, sugar and flour; mix well.
    Pour out onto floured board; roll and cut out. Place in greased pan; grease top.
    Let rise in warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
    Bake in moderate hot oven at 350\u00b0 until brown.
