Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put margarine in pot and saute onions and celery until clear. Add potatoes, water and all remaining ingredients, except the milk. Cook until potatoes are tender. Take half of mixture and blend until smooth; return to boil and add milk. Simmer for 10 minutes.
