Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 sticks margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 large bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
Preparation

Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of margarine (melted). Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Beat 2 sticks margarine, powdered sugar, vanilla and eggs on high speed for 12 minutes. Spread egg mixture over crust.
Layer sliced bananas, then well drained pineapple. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with nuts and cherries. Chill 8 hours.
