Baked Egg Nests - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices round bread, toasted
    1 can deviled ham - 4 1/2 oz.
    6 eggs room temperature
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Separate eggs, keeping yolks in egg shells.
    Beat whites, with a dash of salt & pepper, until soft peaks form.
    Spread toast with ham; mound whites on top.
    Make indentation with back of the spoon; slip in egg yolk.
    Bake 20 minutes, until the yolks are set and egg whites are golden.
    Serve with warm bacon.
