Ingredients

3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. honey
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and baking powder; set aside.
Cream butter, sugar and honey; add eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture; blend well.
Add nuts.
Chill dough.
Shape into two long rolls.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill for several hours.
