Musharoomaroom - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sesame seed hamburger buns, split
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 medium can mushroom pieces
    1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 slices Cheddar cheese
    6 slices crispy bacon
    6 lettuce leaves
    6 tomato slices
Preparation
    Butter hamburger buns and grill bottoms.
    Spread bun tops with mayonnaise.
    Combine mushrooms, artichoke hearts (drained), onion, salt and pepper.
    Cook in 2 tablespoons butter for 5 minutes. Spoon mixture onto bottom of buns.
    Top with cheese and broil until bubbly.
    Place 1 bacon slice on each sandwich.
    Arrange lettuce and tomato slices on tops.
    Serve hot, open-faced.
