Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 (4 oz.) can sliced, drained mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. fine stuffing mix
1 c. water
1/4 c. melted margarine
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. onion
1 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation

Grease 12 x 9 x 3-inch loaf pan or 2 quart casserole dish. In large bowl, combine chicken, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Pour into bottom of pan.
