Best 7 Minute White Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 egg whites
6 Tbsp. cold water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Combine sugar, unbeaten egg whites, water, cream of tartar and salt in upper part of double boiler.
Place over boiling water and beat constantly with electric mixer until icing stands in peaks, 7 minutes.
Remove and quickly add 1 cup marshmallows.
Beat several minutes and ice cake.
