Crispy Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole, boneless chicken breasts, halved and pounded (1 1/2 lb.)
    6 slices cooked ham (about 6 oz.)
    6 slices Swiss cheese (about 6 oz.)
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. cereal flakes, coarsely crushed (about 1 1/4 c. corn or wheat flakes crumbs)
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Top each chicken breast with 1 slice of ham and cheese.
    Roll up; secure with toothpicks.
    Dip in beaten eggs.
    Coat with cereal flake crumbs.
    Place chicken rolls in a greased baking dish; drizzle with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
    Makes 6 servings.
