Old Fashioned Never Fail Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. heaping plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick or 1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla or 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/3 c. sweet milk
1 pie shell, unbaked
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add flour, sugar and salt.
Mix well. Add margarine, milk and flavoring.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake until silver knife comes out clean when inserted in middle of pie.
