Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk (whole works)
    4 boiled eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. heaping flour
    1 can asparagus spears, drained
    2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in bowl in microwave.
    Stir in flour to paste. Slowly mix milk with paste, then microwave 3 to 4 minutes on High, stopping to stir every minute.
    (Should be smooth and thickened). Salt and pepper to taste.
