Apple Cake With Vanilla Pudding(Eplekake Med Vanilje Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 gr. margarine (2 sticks plus 2 Tbsp.)
    90 gr. powdered sugar (slightly less than 1 c.)
    250 gr. flour (2 c.)
Preparation
    Cook your favorite vanilla pudding and let it cool.
    Grease a 9 x 1 1/2-inch spring-form pan.
    Blend flour, sugar and margarine and mix as for a pie crust.
    Divide dough; take 2/3 and press on bottom and sides of the pan.
    Peel 4 big apples and slice; arrange them in the pan.
    Pour cooled pudding over the apples.
    Roll out the rest of the dough and cover the cake.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
