Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes (amount needed for your family)
    chicken bouillon cubes
    seasoned salt
    garlic powder
    parsley flakes
    cooking oil
    margarine
Preparation
    Wash potatoes with skin on.
    Put enough water in pan to boil amount of potatoes you are cooking.
    Dissolve 5 to 6 bouillon cubes in boiling water.
    Place whole potatoes in water.
    Cook until almost done (do not overcook).
    When potatoes are almost done, prepare skillet with 1/2 amount of oil and 1/2 amount of margarine (just enough to fry potatoes).
    Cut potatoes in about 2-inch cubes and place in hot skillet.
    Season with seasoned salt, garlic powder and parsley flakes.
    (Season to your own taste.) Fry potatoes until golden brown.
