Southern Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium-size potatoes
    cold water
    3 eggs
    3 stalks celery
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. vinegar or to taste
    2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes; rinse in cold water.
    Put in saucepan and cover with cold water and cook until tender.
    Drain and let cool.
    Boil eggs to hard-boiled stage.
    Peel and chop.
    Chop celery and onion.
    When potatoes are cool, mix celery, eggs and onion with them.
    Add vinegar to mixture or to taste.
    Mix well. Add mayonnaise and prepared mustard (more mayonnaise and mustard may be required according to taste).
    Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.
    It is better made the day before serving.
