Savory Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Idaho potatoes, baked
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    salt
    garlic powder
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out potatoes to within 1/4-inch of shell.
    (Use for mashed potatoes.)
    Cut shells in half again.
    Brush with butter.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt, garlic and paprika.
    Broil until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
