Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe tomatoes
    1 large sweet pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 sweet onion
    1 c. cucumber
    1/2 c. fresh herbs
    1/4 to 1/2 c. olive oil
    1 to 3 c. chilled water, light stock or V-8
    3 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    salt to taste
    black and/or red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Into a large bowl, chop the vegetables and herbs.
    Add the remaining ingredients as listed.
    Blend all in a blender by batches.
    Chill.
