Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 or 3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt together.
    In separate bowl, mix Wesson oil, eggs and sugar together.
    Add flour mixture to sugar mix.
    Add carrots.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Bake in 2 layers at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
