1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Makes 12 muffins or 1 cake.
Bake at 500\u00b0.
Don't overbake.
Take out when looks brown.
