Cucumber-Radish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    3 Tbsp. Mazola corn oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/2 c. dry mustard
    2 c. thin sliced cucumbers
    1 c. thin sliced radishes
    1/4 c. thin sliced green onion
Preparation
    Stir together first five ingredients.
    Add vegetables; toss to coat.
    Makes about 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
