Old Fashion Country Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 Tbsp. meat drippings
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 to 2 c. milk (can use 1/2 milk and 1/2 water)
Preparation
    Make in heavy skillet.
    When drippings (grease) are hot, add flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir until brown (not burned).
    Add milk; boil until thick.
    If too thick, add more milk.
