Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) bottles ketchup
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1/3 c. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
    1 1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. steak sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    minced or crushed garlic
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except garlic together; about an hour before using, add garlic.
    Makes 6 pints.
    Can be frozen.
