Fudge Brownie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake pastry shell 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
    In a saucepan over low heat, melt chips with margarine.
    In a large mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with remaining ingredients except nuts until smooth.
    Add nuts. Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set.
    Cool.
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
    Good with ice cream!
