Pinto Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
    1 small jar picante sauce
    2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 boxes Jiffy corn meal mix
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in large pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add beef to pinto bean mixture.
    Simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
    Pour into large dish.
    Mix cornbread according to package directions and pour over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cornbread is brown.
