Roasted Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice (raw)
    3 bouillon cubes (any flavor)
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Spread the rice in a shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes until the rice is golden brown, stirring occasionally.
    Put the rice in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water and add it to the rice.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Blend; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
