Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 egg
    1 pt. Ragu spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Place oil in skillet.
    Pound chicken breast with side of a saucer until flat.
    Beat egg in a cereal bowl and dip each chicken breast.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Brown in skillet on both sides (do not cook completely done).
    Drain on paper towel.
    Put 2 tablespoons Ragu in bottom of glass baking dish.
    Place chicken in dish.
    Pour remaining Ragu on top of chicken.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0. Makes 4 servings.
