Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. toasted bread cubes (1/4-inch)
    2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    2 tsp. onion, minced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in large aluminum bowl.
    Add chicken, onion, celery, cheese, almonds and pepper.
    Toss well.
    Add lemon juice and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
    Empty into greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Good luncheon specialty.
    Yields 6 to 9 servings.
