Asparagus Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie shell
    1/2 lb. fresh asparagus or 1 (10 oz.) frozen
    2 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    In saucepan over medium heat, cook asparagus until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
    If frozen, cook according to directions. Arrange asparagus and cheese in bottom of pie crust.
    Beat remaining ingredients until well blended.
    Pour this mixture over asparagus and cheese.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes before serving.
