Hamburger Stuffed Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Let dough rise until doubled in size.
Meanwhile, prepare hamburgers.
Combine ground beef with remaining ingredients and shape into 16 balls.
Fry in large skillet 10 minutes, turning once.
Cool to warm on absorbent paper.
Divide dough into 16 pieces.
Flatten and shape around meat; seal seams together well. Place seam side down on greased cookie sheet.
Cover.
Let rise in warm place 30 minutes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve warm to cold with catsup or chili sauce.
(If served as a cold sandwich, keep refrigerated until serving time.)
