Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas
    2 lb. ground meat
    2 onions
    2 cloves garlic or more
    1 can green chiles
    1 can olives
    1 lb. or more Cheddar and Jack cheese
    2 cans Las Palmas sauce
    salt and pepper (if needed)
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Brown onions, garlic and green chiles.
    Open can of sauce and heat.
    Use a 9 x 13-inch pan and put a little sauce in pan.
    Dip tortillas in sauce and fill with meat and onions mixture. Place two olives and cheese.
    Roll up and place seam side down in pan.
    Continue until pan is full.
    Put remaining sauce over all the tortilla and spread with rest of the cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or more.
    Serves 10 to 12.
