Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers
    2 large onions
    4 stalks celery, diced
    1 lb. hamburger
    3 cans creamed corn
Preparation
    Fry together pepper, onions, celery and hamburger until vegetables are tender.
    Add creamed corn.
    Simmer until hot through.
    Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
