Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Blend well and set aside.
    Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and 1/4 cup of soup mixture.
    Shape into 6 patties; brown in skillet.
    Drain.
    Combine remaining soup mixture with 1/2 cup water and pour over patties.
    Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
