Swedish Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. low-salt chicken broth
    1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    2 Tbsp. low-fat sour cream
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
    1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil in nonstick skillet, to soften, for 2 minutes.
    Add 3/4 cup broth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add shrimp. Reduce heat.
    Simmer, covered, until shrimp are pink, 3 minutes.
