Orange Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
1 c. milk
whites of 2 eggs, beaten stiff
pinch of salt (optional)
juice and grated rind of 1 orange
2 well-beaten egg yolks
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, butter, flour and salt.
Stir in rind and juice. Add yolks and milk.
Last, add egg whites.
Makes 2 pies.
