Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease and heat cast-iron muffin or other mold pan.
    (We use corn stick.)
    Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil and egg until just blended.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
