Hot Potato Salad For 100 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 lb. bacon, chopped
5 c. flour
3 1/2 qt. vinegar
3 1/2 qt. water
6 c. sugar
1 c. salt
4 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 qt. chopped onions (about 4 1/2 lb.)
1 1/2 qt. chopped pickles
7 gal. hot, sliced, peeled, cooked potatoes (about 45 lb.)
Preparation

In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp; remove to paper towels to drain.
Add flour to drippings; cook and stir until bubbly.
