Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) lite cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 c. no-fat mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 small carton whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Mash cranberry sauce with fork; add lemon juice and blend. Pour into 1-quart bowl with lid.
In another bowl, add sugar to softened cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well.
Add pecans.
Whip cream and fold into this mixture.
Spoon this mixture over cranberry sauce and freeze until firm.
To serve, cut into wedges and put on lettuce leaf.
Good with turkey and dressing.
