Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 small leeks, sliced crosswise
2 large red bell peppers, thinly sliced and halved crosswise
1/4 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
2/3 lb. turkey Italian sausage
2 (1 lb.) baked cheese pizza crusts (such as Boboli)
1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. olive paste
2/3 c. chopped fresh basil
Preparation

Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium high heat.
Add leeks and bell peppers; saute until just tender, about 8 minutes. Add crushed red pepper; stir for 30 seconds.
Transfer to plate. Add sausage to skillet; cook until no longer pink, crumbling with fork, about 4 minutes.
Transfer to another plate.
