Quick Cajun Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. catfish fillets
commercial Cajun seasoning mix
lemon pepper seasoning

Preparation

Place fillets in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with Cajun and lemon pepper seasonings.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
Makes 6 servings.
