Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange/pineapple Jell-O
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling hot water
    3 c. cold water
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (save juice)
    1 or 2 (if you like) cans mandarin oranges (save juice)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. pineapple/orange juice
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together until smooth.
    Stir in a small amount of the pineapple-orange juice and mix until smooth.
    Add the egg and beat well (with spoon).
    Add the rest of the pineapple juice while stirring, then add the butter.
    Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
    When mixture comes to a boil, remove from the heat and cool.
    After cooled, fold in Cool Whip.
    Spread over Jell-O.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
