Blender Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Whirl fully ripe bananas in blender.
    Add oil and eggs; whirl until well blended.
    Place flour, sugar, baking soda and salt into a medium size bowl.
    Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients and mix until blended. Pour into pan; rap on table to remove any large bubbles. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched.
