Oatmeal Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. quick oats
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oleo
1/3 c. raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add oleo and cut in with a pastry blender.
Stir in raisins.
Add eggs and milk.
Stir until ingredients are moistened.
Fill 12 medium sized paper lined muffin cups.
Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
