Roemayne'S Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 oz. or 3 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella or mixture)
8 oz. uncooked lasagne noodles
Preparation

Brown beef.
Drain.
Add spaghetti sauce and water.
Simmer 10 minutes.
In blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
Blend well.
Mix with 2 cups of grated cheese.
Reserve remaining cheese for top.
