Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings, washed, drained, sprinkled with salt
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs
    flour
Preparation
    Wash and drain the chicken wings.
    Sprinkle with salt; let stand 30 minutes.
    Beat the eggs.
    Dip chicken in eggs; roll in flour.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
    Put chicken in a baking dish; pour sauce over chicken.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven.
