Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. partially cooked noodles, just softened
water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 cubes chicken bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan.
Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in butter along with poultry seasoning until onions are just tender.
Add chicken and noodles.
Cover with water and add soup and bouillon cubes.
Bring to boil and reduce heat.
Correct seasoning by adding salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 8.
