Wild Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 stick butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. dry rice
1 heaping tsp. leaf oregano
1 can beef consomme
3/4 can water
salt to taste
small can mushrooms
Preparation

In skillet, melt butter.
Add onion, rice and oregano.
Cook on top of stove until slightly brown.
Add beef consomme and water.
Add salt to taste and mushrooms.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until fluffy.
