Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. linguine
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets and stems, chopped
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 sweet red pepper and 1/2 green pepper, sliced in julienne strips
    2 tsp. leaf basil or 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
    1 c. 2% milk
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Any vegetables can be used such as cauliflower, green beans, peas or add all combined.
