Easy Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
1 tsp. poppy seed or 1/4 c. grated sharp cheese or 1/2 tsp. dry dill weed (optional for variety)
Preparation

Using a whisk or fork, combine eggs and milk.
Stir in remaining ingredients, disregarding lumps.
Fill well-greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
Place in a cold oven and set temperature at 450\u00b0.
Bake approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
